"Since first starting at Boom fitness I have felt right at home, from first singing up to being paired up with my trainer Richard. It is a pleasure to work out at Boom because it is never too crowded and you never feel like you are fighting over equipment. There also isn't a competitive atmosphere like at many gyms in NYC which can be very intimidating. Specifically, working out with a trainer at Boom has been very enjoyable. My trainer Richard has pushed me to the absolute limit, but I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into something I felt was unsafe. Also, with Richard there is never a moments rest, between heavy lifting sets you have intense plyometrics.
